Onlinebemanning is now looking for an administrative assistant for part-time work with our client. The assignment is fully remote and involves supporting the business with various administrative tasks in daily operations.

The position is suitable for you who are studying, have another part-time job, or are looking for a flexible part-time job where you can work in a structured and independent manner from home.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming emails and simple correspondence
• Update documents, registers, and administrative systems
• Schedule meetings and assist with planning and coordination
• Support the team with ongoing administrative tasks

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and has a responsible work ethic. You are used to working independently, have good computer skills, and can express yourself clearly in writing.

Previous experience in administrative work is an advantage but not a requirement. You need to be able to communicate in Swedish or English.
